Dog Sense Matters We offer Puppy socialisation from 12
weeks of age, including support and advice during those early crucial weeks of
your puppy’s development. We also offer continuous training after
completing your puppy course to promote and maintain a well behaved, well
balanced canine companion. All our training is provided in a
professional, caring environment with traditional and innovative ideas that
enhance and have a positive impact on your dog learning ability. An individual
approach is paramount for each dog and handler to achieve their full potential,
whether puppy, older dog or a rescue one. Any dog and handler are made very
welcome and I pride myself in making everyone feel confident and comfortable. We promote reward-based training,
whether this is food, verbal or with toys to ensure training is pleasurable for
you and your dog During the year we enjoy social events
which have included evening walks, Christmas parties, speakers and advice on pet
health, with practical help such as nail clipping, teeth check and information
on treatments for your pets wellbeing from our resident veterinary nurse We make time during and after class to
discuss any concerns/issues that you may have and provide everyone with contact
numbers which are available until 8pm weekday evenings. If classes are not for you but you seek
advice or support with training or behaviour in the home, one-to-one
consultations can be offered at very competitive prices and at times that suit
you. For more information or to discuss your
requirements, please call Jan on 01787-379556 or 07930624221 and I will return
your call the same day. Classes are held in Glemsford Village
Hall on Wednesday evenings between 6.30 – 9.pm.
