DOG SENSE UPDATE AND INFORMATION

 

We have been running now for 3 months and have been amazed by the clubs success and the commitment shown by its members and supporters.

 

Julia and I are pleased to introduce Michelle (my daughter) as a much needed girl Friday to assist in maintaining the smooth and efficient running of the club.

 

We welcome puppies from as young as 10 weeks provided all their vaccinations are complete.  Puppy socialisation is paramount if you wish to have a well rounded, sociable puppy.  Your puppy class is run by Julia and includes teaching your puppy essential interaction skills with other puppies,  older dogs also human companions adult and children.  Julia will give you lots of important advice on typical puppy behaviour which will include bite inhibition (biting and mouthing) and how to care for your puppies growing needs.  NO BOOKING REQUIRED FOR PUPPIES.

 

Pet Dog Obedience Classes which include:-

Basic training to more advanced training skills

 Doggie massage

Complementary & Contemporary  training methods (kind to your dogs)

Responsibility and care of your dog and the environment

Maintaining your dogs safety and the safety of those who come into close contact with your dog

The Good Citizens Dog Scheme (all levels)

Fun and games to enhance your dogs learning and stimulation

Continued support from your trainers outside of the club

Training Module to take away with you on joining to assist in your training at home

 

Puppy class times are 6.30 – 7pm cost £3.00 per session and last for 5 weeks.  Your first class is free.  

Obedience Classes start at 7.15 and 8.15pm cost £32.00 for 8 weeks and £10.00 administration fee payable in advance to guarantee your place

We are also pleased to announce that due to demand we have been approached to open Dog Sense in Hadleigh with the endorsement of retired vet Mike Newman.  We look forward to opening the doors of the United Reformed Church on Tues 12th February 2008, offering prior to this an Open Day on Sat 12th January 10-4pm

 Julia and I with our dogs Oska and Sadie, look forward to meeting anyone interested in finding out more about Dog Sense and we will of course be offering you the chance to register for the February intake at this time as places will be limited.
